Make your payments with one of our easy payment methods. We offer all customers a 10-day grace period because we care about you — and making on-time payments gives you an opportunity to build your credit history.
10-Day Grace Period for All Customers
If you cannot pay on your due date, ZLN Finance offers all customers a 10-day grace period. Life happens — we’re here to work with you, not against you.
Please refer to your contract for the length of your specific grace period.

Online Payments
Pay securely through our online customer portal, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments are processed 5 days a week and not on holidays.
Payments will be posted according to the schedule you establish. Changes to recurring payments must be made one day prior to the next scheduled payment date.
Pay Online NowMail your check or money order to us via U.S. Post Office. Payments are posted the same business day if received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Payments received after business hours will be processed the next business day.
We recommend mailing payments 7 days before the due date. If guaranteed funds are required, please mail a money order.

A late fee is assessed if payment is not made before the posting cut-off time on the day your grace period expires.
If a late fee is assessed, it is posted the same day after the payment posting cut-off time has passed.
The payment posting cut-off time is different depending on which payment method you use.
